NBCUniversal's Entrepreneurs Driving Growth & Excellence program is a business capacity building program in the media and technology industry focused on the development of diverse-owned businesses that specialize in media, marketing and digital technology.

This tailor-made executive education program provides diverse entrepreneurs an opportunity to experience instructor-led MBA level coursework paired with industry insight sessions hosted by NBCUniversal executives. The program culminates with a virtual Demo Day showcase.

Participation in this program does not guarantee that you will land a contract with Comcast NBCUniversal or its affiliates. Comcast NBCUniversal, its affiliates and subsidiaries also do not grant any preference to NBCUniversal Entrepreneurs Driving Growth & Excellence participants or alumni based solely on their participation in the program in awarding contracts.

Certified, diverse owned companies who are interested in registering for the program should meet the following requirements:
  • Be a U.S. based business, with national and/or global capabilities.
  • Be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a diverse individual(s),
  • Be certified or registered as a diverse owned business in our Supplier Registration Portal at: www.comcast-nbcunisuppliers.com.
  • Specialize in media, marketing and/or digital technology.
  • Have the ability to service our U.S. footprint.
  • Have been in business at least 1 year.
  • Have annual sales of at least $1M, special considerations will be made for candidates with <$1M annual sales.
  • Have a commitment from the CEO to attend the weekly virtual courses.
